But if you are locked in your 4 walls, battling your own head, everything you know, every qoute you know, is useless for you. You can have all the knowledge in the world. You can know all the help books inside and out. Without knowledge action is useless and knowledge without action is futile. I am a bit late, but I heard once a great quote about taking action. Think of it more like a handbook that you can go back to time after time and build a productive and healthy lifestyle. Last point, don't think of this book like a one time thing that you will read once and a fairy will appear, make you a productive person with a flourish of their wand and it's over. It's not a silver bullet to productivity but if you are looking to make some changes, I do recommend it.Īlso, you can download the first chapter of the book from the official website.
